Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 3 weeks of arrival will result in the loss of all deposits paid. Cancellation outside of 3 weeks will incur a $50 Cancellation fee. No refund is payable for early departures.
